Teaching with Technology I

It's a new (calendar) year and lots of folks are making "New Year's Resolutions".  Perhaps you're one of them and your resolution is to advance (or begin) teaching with technologies.  If so, here's an interesting presentation I found on SlideShare which has some useful tips and a number of references to helpful resources

The author, Shelly Terrell, is a former classroom teacher, trainer, frequent contributor to Edudemic, and has her own blog focusing on teaching with technology.

SlideShare is great resource.  It has tons of presentations, videos. images. infrographics and more posted by a side range of people.  Lots of teachers contribute, but importantly professionals from other occupations and industries.  When I was teaching Drafting and CAD a couple of years ago I found videos and presentation materials from construction companies, architectural firms, and project management companies that were excellent for my planned lessons.  There's a simple to use search function.

Join for free (basic services) or pay a modest annual fee for premium service.

And while you're at it, check out the Edudemic Teacher Guides on many technology topics.
