Sharing is easier

Google just announced an enhancement to the utility for sharing documents on Drive.  As they explain on the Google Apps Update blog...

"We have launched a new simplified sharing experience for the Google Docs editors and Google Drive, making it easier for people to find and copy the link for a file or folder to share with others"

It's a nicer, more functional, easier to use interface. The same capabilities are there, just a new look and feel (so don't be alarmed when it looks unfamiliar ).

You can still access the old interface by clicking the "advanced" button in the bottom right of the active window.

Still, the easiest way to share with whole classes or other groups, especially on a repeated basis, is through shared folders.
