Google Training Opportunities

We're moving to become a Google School and with that comes professional development training.  In addition to the sessions that the Tech Committee will be planning and delivering, there are numerous opportunities to get a jump start and/or extend your knowledge on Google tools.

New England ISTE is offering a series of webinars this spring.  Two of the three presenters - Alice Barr and Kern Kelly - I have met and attended seminar sessions they led.  Excellent presenters.

They are also offering one on Universal Design for Learning (UDL).  Although not specifically geared to Google, the application of technology for learning should provide some insights for utilizing the Google tools.

Additionally, MassCUE is sponsoring a number of workshops - some face-to-face, some webinars, some both - during the summer on utilizing Google tools in the classroom.
